Our banquet and meeting facilities accommodate from 10 to 65 guests. Additional space is also available in the Hearth Room and outdoor courtyard, and accommodations can be made for up to 350 people immediately next door at the Fox Hollow Catering Hall and Conference Center. All meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and an experienced technical support staff is available at all times. For added convenience, guests may utilize The Inn’s wireless Internet service throughout public spaces, and complimentary in-suite, high-speed Internet service.
The Inn’s catering services are unparalleled. Guests can select from a variety of menu packages based on taste, style, event or pure preference. Prepared by Scotto Brothers’ award-winning chefs, all menu types are true masterpieces and range from bountiful breakfasts, simple snacks, brunches and buffets…to a wide selection of exquisite appetizers, unforgettable dinners and delectable desserts. And to be sure your event goes smoothly, The Inn’s professional staff has been meticulously trained to provide attentive, detail-oriented service.
The Inn invites groups to utilize its facilities for photographing special events. Our exceptionally well-manicured and landscaped grounds create the most amazing backdrops for the special moments you want to capture. Additionally our luxuriously appointed interior décor will surely enhance any photo.
A Suite Stay in Consummate Comfort
The Inn offers 134 Suites and 11 exclusive Royal Suites that are tastefully decorated with elegant wall treatments, soothing lighting and wall sconces, and warm curtains and draperies to provide you with unsurpassed luxury and comfort. Each room features Simmons® mattresses with luxurious ultra-white 300-thread count sheets and plush goose down comforters, Wi-Fi/hard-wired Internet connections, three dual-line direct-dial telephones, a safe, large vanity area and an iron with ironing board. The 134 studio and one-bedroom suites also offer our guests the added convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. For those with discriminating taste, the Royal Suites are further enhanced with two 42″ flat screen televisions, stylish wet bars and wine refrigerators, rich wood flooring, exquisite platform beds, iHome dock radio alarm clocks and invigorating spa showers.
Guests of The Inn receive a complimentary full American breakfast buffet daily, and a lavish dinner buffet Sunday through Thursday. Groups may enjoy the Rose Hunt Restaurant and Lounge located next door at Fox Hollow. The restaurant also provides The Inn’s guests with in-room dining service. A “Suite Shop” is located by the front desk and offers a variety of sundries, light snacks, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
For rest and relaxation, guests can indulge during the summer months with a swim in our outdoor heated pool or enjoy a quiet soak in our outdoor hot tub. Also our 24-hour on-site fitness center is the perfect place to reduce stress with a good workout. In-room massage therapy is available by appointment (24-hour notice) and guests are entitled to special privileges at a nearby fitness center and spa.
Easy Access to Every Activity, Everywhere
Traveling to and from The Inn for you and your guests is extremely convenient. Arrivals from MacArthur Airport (ISP), LaGuardia (LGA) and Kennedy International Airport (JFK) are a short car ride away with close proximity to major roadways, such as the Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway. Guests can also reach The Inn quickly and easily via the Long Island Railroad (Syosset Station). Frequent ferry service is available to Bridgeport and New London, Connecticut.
