rooms that can accommodate up to 70 guests. Each room is
equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities.

The Stratford Room is a permanent executive boardroom and is
perfect for intimate corporate events. The Fox Hunt Room is
the largest room available and is perfect for both corporate
and social events. The Inn offers a variety of menu options
to choose from. All of the Inn's banquet and catering
services are served buffet-style. Scotto Brothers
award-winning Chefs prepare all of the food and the Inn's
professional banquet staff attends to every event to ensure

Also known as the 'Executive Boardroom', this elegantly
appointed meeting room can accommodate up to 12 people. The
décor includes elaborate European paintings, mirrors,
credenzas and beautifully draped windows. The well-appointed
mahogany table comes complete with plush leather chairs,
which create the perfect mood for any serious roundtable
discussion.
Devon Room
The Devon Room is appropriate for various group activities,
including a wide array of social and corporate functions.
The room can be configured to make it comfortable for many
group settings. It is equipped with a built-in audio/visual
screen and high-speed Internet access.
Churchill Room
Conveniently located near The Inn's grand lobby, the
Churchill Room can accommodate a dinner function for up to
20 guests, or a pre-wedding gathering for up to 30 guests.
With the corporate client in mind, this room comes equipped
with full audio/visual and Internet capabilities, and can
accommodate up to 40 guests.
Fox Hunt Room

This lavishly appointed room is located on the 2nd floor of
the hotel overlooking the Hearth Room, and is the perfect
setting for a pre-wedding rehearsal dinner or post-wedding
brunch. The Fox Hunt Room can accommodate a social group of
up to 60 guests, and the Fox Hunt lobby creates a
comfortable setting for a pre-dinner cocktail reception.
The Fox Hunt Room can accommodate a corporate group of 45 to
60 people, and is fully equipped with an array of
audio/visual and telecommunication capabilities. It comes
equipped with two built-in projector screens, two
whiteboards and multiple phone lines.
Hearth Room
The Hearth Room is the atrium of the hotel, and is the elite
setting for any social function, whether it is a rehearsal
dinner, brunch, in-between, anniversary, birthday or
baby/bridal shower. This beautifully decorated room has
multiple windows that overlook The Inn's perfectly
landscaped grounds and the Courtyard. This room can
accommodate up to 75 guests, and is available for a variety
of setup options.
Courtyard
Nestled in the center of the hotel, the Courtyard and its
beautifully landscaped grounds create a comfortable oasis
for any group. The slatted waterfall creates a quiet
backdrop for the Courtyard lounge area. The Courtyard can be
set up for an elegant cocktail reception or a laid-back
corporate retreat barbeque.

Fox Hollow Catering & Conference's grounds are its crowning
glory. With three separate outdoor areas, there is ample
room for your corporate picnic, reception or photographs.

assure that, regardless of the time of year, our beautifully
