* A Valid Credit Card is required at Check-in for all rate types.
* All special offers are subject to availability and restrictions.
* Special Offers are limited to one (1) reservation per guest name.
* Special Offer Rates do not apply to groups or extended stay rates.
* Discounts apply to BAR (best available rate) and cannot be combined with other special offers.
* Additional nights available at Best Available Rates or applicable discounted rates such as AAA, Loyalty Rate or First Time guest rate.
* Discounts apply to room rates only. Does not include meeting space.
*Check-in is 3:00pm / Check-out is 12:00pm.
* Proper ID Required upon check-in if Government or Everyday Hero Rate.
* Maximum stay 10 nights. For Extended Stay Rates of 30 nights or more contact The Sales Office~516-224-8100.

Check-In: The Inn At Fox Hollow requires guests wishing to pay for their stay in cash to provide a valid credit card or debit card upon check-in. The Hotel must be able to secure authorization on the credit card or debit card for the estimated charges that may be incurred throughout one’s stay. Upon one’s departure/check-out, the Hotel will accept cash as a final method of payment. If all applicable charges are covered in the cash payment, the credit card or debit card will not be charged. The authorization will be released, which may take between five – (5) and ten – (10) business days. Cash paying guests are responsible for requesting and securing receipts as proof of payment.
Non-Party Clause: The maximum amount of persons allowed in a guest suite is four – (4) at any one time. The Hotel has a non-party party policy, which means that the guest suites may not be utilized for social gatherings. The Hotel (i.e. STAFF MEMBERS) reserves the right to ask and require any group gathering/social function within a guest suite to come to an immediate end. If the room occupants choose to ignore the request, the hotel reserves the right to ask and require the guest to leave the Hotel and the property, without any discount or early departure compensation. In addition, any damage done to the suite as a result of a party or group gathering will be the responsibility of the person (s) that have contracted the rooms and /or the registered occupant. Those that disturb other guests in and of the hotel may be responsible for any and all discounts (financial retributions) the hotel may have to give out to compensate another guest(s).
Please Note: The hotel reserves the right to discontinue any discounted rate plan or promotion without prior notice. One must make their reservations in advance for any discounted rate or promotion to apply to one’s stay unless one has contracted (blocked) a special rate.
