  • Winter Garden Pavilion -

    By day, sunlight pours in through a ceiling of skylights. By night, the Winter Garden Pavilion is illuminated by the stars, elegant chandeliers and candlelight. A cascading waterfall adds to its unique ambiance. The room is also equipped with a custom mahogany bar, fireplace and wood dance floor.
  • Colonial Briar Fox -

    With its classic aristocratic elegance and versatile layout, the Colonial Briar Fox is a sophisticated venue for business affairs, corporate events and conferences on Long Island. A handsome fireplace centers this elegant gathering space where tables surround a central dance floor but may be converted to suit any set-up, theme or purpose.
  • Garden Terrace -

    Our most spacious event rooms with one of Long Island's largest dance floors, the Garden Terrace is ideal for a conference, convention, reception, or fundraising event. Overlooking the picturesque gardens, the Garden Terrace features Alabaster chandeliers, raised linen panels and direct garden access. This Long Island conference venue also features two bars, outdoor cocktail patio, photo areas and a connecting suite for VIPs and event planners.

Stately timbers float vaulted glass ceilings, French doors open to European-styled pocket gardens, state-of-the art technology enhances the ambiance and setting, and a stone hearth centers the Great Room
  • Fox Hunt Room -

    Located on the on the 2nd floor of the hotel overlooking the Hearth Room, this lavishly appointed room is the perfect setting for a reception, dinner or business lunch for up to 65 people. The room can be divided into the Fox and Hunt Rooms for smaller gatherings of 32 and the lobby creates a comfortable setting for a pre-dinner cocktail reception. The Fox Hunt Room is equipped with an array of audio/visual and telecommunication capabilities, including two built-in projector screens, whiteboards and multiple phone lines. Fox and Hunt Rooms may be combined or divided depending on your group size.
  • Stratford Room -

    Known as the "Executive Boardroom" this elegantly appointed meeting room can utilized for a variety of layouts and can accommodate up to 30 people. The stylish décor features elaborate European paintings, mirrors, credenzas, built-in audio/visual screen and high-speed internet access. The well-appointed mahogany table is surrounded by plush leather chairs, which create the perfect mood for a serious

    located conveniently adjacent to our Main Lobby, The new Fox Hollow Bar & Lounge is the perfect place to meet friends and relax with a glass of wine, beer or Martini while watching your favorite sporting event on an oversized flat screen TV.

    This intimate Studio Suite is a convenient space for photo sessions, break-outs, private gatherings, lunch meetings or small gathering of 10 to 45 guests.
