Winter Garden Pavilion

- By day, sunlight pours in through a ceiling of skylights. By night, the Winter Garden Pavilion is illuminated by the stars, elegant chandeliers and candlelight. A cascading waterfall creates a unique ambiance. The room is also equipped with a custom mahogany bar, fireplace and wood dance floor.

Colonial Briar Fox

- With its classic elegance and versatile layout, the Colonial Briar Fox is a sophisticated venue for business meetings, corporate events and conferences on Long Island. A handsome fireplace centers this elegant gathering space where tables surround a dance floor but may be converted to suit any set-up or theme.

Garden Terrace

- Our most spacious event room with one of Long Island's largest dance floors, the Garden Terrace is ideal for a conference, convention, reception, or fundraising event. Overlooking the picturesque gardens, the Terrace features alabaster chandeliers, raised linen panels and direct garden access. This beautiful venue also features two bars, outdoor cocktail patio, photo areas and a connecting suite for VIPs and event planners.

Lantern Gallery

- The Lantern Gallery is uniquely appointed for smaller gathering with a touch of al fresco with the warmth of a classic villa. This Long Island conference and meeting room combines privacy with an attitude for business.

Somerley

- Set apart from the estate's manor, the Somerley combines traditional grace with modern elegance to create an awe-inspiring experience. Stately timbers float vaulted glass ceilings, French doors open to European-styled pocket gardens, state-of-the art technology enhances the ambiance and setting, and a stone hearth centers the Great Room.

Fox Hunt Room

- Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel overlooking the Hearth Room, this lavishly appointed room is the perfect setting for a reception, dinner or business lunch for up to 65 people. The room can be divided into the Fox and Hunt Rooms for smaller gatherings and the lobby creates a comfortable setting for a pre-dinner cocktail reception. The Fox Hunt Room is equipped with audiovisual and telecommunication capabilities, including two built-in projector screens, whiteboards and multiple phone lines.

Stratford Room

- This elegant boardroom can accommodate up to 30 people in a variety of layouts. The stylish décor features elaborate European paintings, mirrors, credenzas, built-in audiovisual screen and high-speed internet. The mahogany table and plush leather chairs create the perfect atmosphere for a serious roundtable discussion.

Devon Room

- The Devon is ideal social and corporate events, including conferences, seminars and meetings. The multi-functional room can be configured to many group settings and is equipped with a built-in audiovisual screen and high-speed internet access.

Vintage25 Wine Bar and Lounge

- Adjacent to our Main Lobby, Vintage25 is the perfect place to meet colleagues and relax with a glass of wine or a martini. Sip and socialize in cozy indoor spaces or host a small cocktail party in the glass atrium overlooking the courtyard.

Photo Studio

- This intimate Studio Suite is a convenient space for photo sessions, break-outs, private gatherings, lunch meetings or small gathering of 10 to 45 guests.

- The Personalized Suite is a convenient break-away room and a sophisticated space for entertaining and gathering for up to 45 guests.
