The  Inn At Fox Hollow does its very best to exceed the expectations of all of its guests. The Fox Hollow Hotel has a self imposed standard of excellence, which is to provide all guests with Above and Beyond accommodations, amenities and services with caring comfort and everyday rewards. We do not believe that we have ever truly arrived at being the best hotel on Long Island. We realize that it is in fact a race without a finish line. That is what makes continues to drive us and what motivates us to invest our time, energy and resources into our team members and the Hotel itself. Being “good enough” falls short from our main goal and objective. We’re in constant pursuit of being the very best. Honest reviews and feedback provided to  The Inn At Fox Hollow is very important to us. We invite and give our guests the opportunity to provide us with feedback at all times. That of course gives us the opportunity to only improve upon our services. We also recognize the importance of word-of-mouth advertising. It’s essentially priceless.     I don’t normally make a posting unless it is for somewhere really GOOD or really bad. This was exceptional! Stately, elegant, comfortable, roomy and a place that made you feel like family. I was here on business but look forward to a return to bring my wife.

    We stayed over for one evening and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The key was the staff. They were friendly, courteous and professional.
    We had a great time and the food at the restaraunt was excellent.

    From the moment we entered Professionalism was the word of the day with Gina taking care of us at the Front desk and all the amenities perfectly placed in the room it could not have been better. The restaurant menu was very plentiful and the waiter extremely attentive in addition to the busboys. The next day we had a lovely breakfast again with smiling and helpful staff You run your hotel like I run my Limousine company, SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE.

    Just returned from a 2 night stay. There were 7 of us so we had two rooms. Very pleased with the size of rooms and small kitchens. Loved the breakfast and dinner buffets especially the breakfast. Hotel staff was so friendly and kind. Would like to especially mention Brian and Jackie at the pool, who were helpful and so friendly we enjoyed talking to them. Front desk was also very helpful. Enjoyed everything about the hotel and look forward to returning.

    We have been a long time client at the Inn at Fox Hollow. We recently came into town on short notice…Jennifer Murray went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us get a room when you were almost completely booked. To make a long story short, she did a great job and we will always be staying at Fox Hollow when we come to town.

    Mr. Manchester,
    As a recent hotel guest and wedding attendee at the Inn at Fox Hollow, I would like to highly compliment a front desk employee named Christian. He was most professional in his manner regarding a situation to help my father, who has difficulty walking, to change rooms closer to the lobby and elevator. I want you to be aware of the work ethic of this superb employee.
    As a matter of fact, all of the staff were extremely courteous and professional. We had a wonderful stay.

    This hotel was one of the most beautiful I’ve stayed at in a long time. What was so impressive to me was the overall quality of the rooms. Each room is a large suite with beautiful decor, 2 plat panel TVs, floor to ceiling marbled bathrooms and a separate vanity sink outside of the bathroom. I was shocked when opening and closing EVERY door in the room as they are all solid, and heavy duty wood. That detail alone was fantastic, and it carried through to all other aspect of the room.

    As a frequent business traveler I stay in hotels several nights a month. The Inn is my favorite hotel on Long Island & one of my favorites in the US. The room decor is elegant, the courtyard is attractively landscaped, with beautiful greenery, and the amenities make stays comfortable. My favorite hotel features are the marble bathroom tiles and the included breakfast and dinner. Unlike the chain hotels that offer merely something to eat, the Inn takes care and provides high quality fare.

    The Dinner spreads were really good. The best feature of the Suite was the Beds and Bedding. I had such restful sleep on a rather busy trip. Also having the Kitchen area was quite nice, although I didn’t have much time to use it. I definitely recommend the Fox Hollow to friends and family, and will be back when I return to Long Island.

    The Inn At Fox Hollow is a great hotel. We were so pleased with the location, suite size, service, meals, etc. You guys have a great staff. They were very warm and welcoming to us. The place is very clean and feels very home like.

    We were able to do a lot of things because the weather was so nice. We went to nearby museums and dined at the Fox Hollow’s Rose Hunt restaurant. We also went to nearby Rare650 and dined outdoors on supreme steak, sushi and wine.

    Certainly, a new favorite!

    It was a great pleasure to enjoy The Inn at Fox Hollow, along with several other alumnae of Our Lady of Mercy Academy attending our 40th reunion.

    The hotel is charming, with gracious staff members who really make a guest feel cared for and welcomed. I have only praise for the lovely accommodations, the generous buffet meals in a well-attended dining lounge and the happy, celebratory atmosphere at The Inn.

    We just stayed one night on 3/17. Kudos to all. Were were upgraded to Royal Suite and the room was wonderful. Complimentary buffet was a pleasant surprise and so nice. Great job to stand out. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral service so it dampened the experience a bit.

    We recently stayed @ the Inn @ Fox Hollow and must say that we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. As soon as we walked into the beautiful warm lobby, the front desk agent (Jennifer) and Frank (tour director) made us feel right at home! As guests at hotel chains here on Long Island, the well maintained property and personal staff of the Inn @ Fox Hollow, certainly made the difference! The elegant decor, comfortable beds, and unique layout design was very appealing to us. We will definitely be back!

    The Inn At Fox Hollow is one of the best places to stay on Long Island. Whenever I’m looking for a little getaway I stay at the Fox Hollow. It’s comfortable, clean and offers very good amenities and services. It’s not your ordinary hotel. The staff is great and the location is the best. It’s right in the center of it all.

    I think it’s a great for singles, couples, and small families. Those appear to be the majority of the folks staying there, especially during the summer months.

    Thank you to all of the staff at The Inn at Fox Hollow for making my stay last week so enjoyable. The Inn itself is so comfortable and inviting and the suites luxurious, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The charm and graciousness of everyone on staff is unparrallel. From maintenance, and housekeeping to the front desk and food service employees, everyone seems willing to go above and beyond to insure guests’ expectations are not just met but exceeded.

    Since 2002, I have enjoyed visiting Long Island, and that enjoyment is based on my ability to stay at Fox Hollow. Even when I visit NY City, I chose to stay at Fox Hollow and drive into the city. It is that enjoyable to stay with you. I always recommend the hotel to any of my colleagues that has business on LI to stay at Fox Hollow. My work colleagues recommended it to me in 2002, and she was right.

    We totally enjoyed our stay at the Fox Hollow for New Year’s Eve! It’s only 10 minutes from our home and we felt like we were upstate New York! The room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The Complimentary champagne was perfect and the food and party were absolutely perfect. Great way to start 2010! We already have a lot of our friends wanting to join us next year!
