The directory supplies hotel guests with a comprehensive list of amenities and services that the hotel offers, along with essential information regarding the hotel's standard operating procedures. A wide array of local information has also been provided. Guests may utilize the directory regarding Long Island restaurant and dining information, local entertainment and attractions, shopping, transportation services, places of worship, etc... The Inn At Fox Hollow has also partnered with many local companies that may be extremely helpful to many of our guests in providing their unique services. The Inn At Fox Hollow has gone completely wireless to
provide all of their guests with the very best in Internet
hook-up capability. As always, the Hotel does not charge for
their high speed Internet service. Hotel guests may now
enjoy wireless Internet service in all guest suites, banquet
rooms and common areas, which includes the outdoor
courtyard. At The Inn At Fox Hollow there are no strings
attached. Enjoy your new Above & Beyond Internet freedom!
Guests that prefer to plug in may still do so in their
suites via mega high-speed (T-1) line. That too is

Restaurant Now Open For Lunch:
The Rose and Hunt Restaurant and Lounge at
Fox Hollow is now open for lunch Monday through
Friday, 11:30AM – 3:00PM. The Restaurant is offering
a new express lunch menu at a fixed price of $18.95
(plus applicable tax) and it has a wide array of
dishes to choose from created by our Executive Chef.
For those interested in a more extensive and formal
lunch the Restaurant will also be offering a variety
of dining options on a more traditional menu. The
new express lunch menu has been designed with the
local corporate offices in mind as well as The Inn
At Fox Hollow’s Hotel guests. It’s the perfect
location for a quick and affordable bite to eat
without compromising location and ambiance. If

of replacing their current beds and bedding with the very
best in the industry. The Inn’s new i-beds will
provide all of our guests with incomparable comfort where
one may experience the most incredible restful sleep
possible. The Hotel’s new i-beds feature brand new
Simmons® washable pillow top mattresses…layered with
ultra white, cotton soft 300 thread count Egyptian cotton
sheets by Frette…topped with plush goose down comforters and
oversized goose down pillows. The Inn’s new i-beds
are ultimately all about you… As Long Island’s premier all
suite Hotel, they are once again going Above & Beyond in

The Courtyard (Pool and Hot Tub):
The Inn is once again beautifying its outdoor
courtyard with a variety of plants, shrubs and
flowers for the summer season. The picturesque
courtyard is always one of the common areas our
guests enjoy most during their stay with us. The
courtyard is transformed into a tranquil English
garden oasis where one can escape from the ordinary
during the beautiful summer days on Long Island. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub located in the courtyard will be open from Mother's Day Weekend, beginning Friday, May 9th, throughout Labor Day Weekend.
Our guests may enjoy
refreshing pool and hot tub activities daily from
8:00AM – 8:00PM (weather permitting). Those staying
with us in Courtyard Studios may enjoy direct access
to the courtyard, pool and hot tub. *Please note:
The pool closes sharply at 8:00PM and the entire
courtyard closes at 10:00PM. The Hotel reserves the
right to close the pool for any reason it deems
necessary. The pool hours and accessibility do not
affect specific suite rates.

New Service, Exclusive for Extended Stay Guests:
The Inn At Fox Hollow is now offering Above & Beyond Wash and Fold Laundry Service to our extended stay guests (guests staying at the Hotel thirty – (30) days or more). Guests may request the service by simply filling out a form that will be located in their closet along with a large professional grade laundry bag. All laundry will be done on the Hotel’s premises by a Hotel staff member within the housekeeping department. Charges will be determined by weight utilizing a commercial scale. Fees for the laundry service will be billed directly to the guest’s account/folio. The Inn At Fox Hollow continues to come up with services and amenities that go Above & Beyond the ordinary. The U.S. Open Returns to Long Island’s Bethpage
Black:
The USGA’s U.S. Open will once again be coming to Long Island and this time it’s right here in our own backyard at Bethpage State Park (Black Course) located in the neighboring town of Farmingdale. The official play dates for the 2009 U.S. Open Golf Championship are June 15th through June 21st 2009; however, The Inn At Fox Hollow will be reserving special group blocks for the U.S. Open June 12th through the 22nd. The Hotel will be taking a limited amount of individual reservations (nonrefundable) during this time period as well. The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel is an ideal hotel property for those attending or participating in the 2009 U.S. Golf Open. Bethpage State Park (Black Course) is literally just minutes away. A short drive south of the hotel will bring one right to the park entrance. For those interested in blocking and contracting ten – (10) or more rooms during that time period please call our Director of Sales, Bruce Watkins direct at 516-224-8184. Room night and length of stay minimums may be applicable throughout that time period. The Hotel will be providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the gold course and/or the designated drop-off and pick-up areas. Social Shuttle Service:
The Inn At Fox Hollow will now be offering shuttle service to and from wedding reception venues (weekends only) within a ten mile radius of the hotel at a nominal fee of $300.00 for the initial roundtrip and $50.00 for every roundtrip that may be required thereafter. The shuttle service is only being offered to those groups that contract a minimum of ten room nights with the hotel. Arrangements must be made in advance (i.e. at the time of booking) and the service must be listed on the room block contract between the hotel and the contractual party. Shuttle service is strictly based upon availability and is contracted out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Specific pick-up and drop off times must be pre-scheduled and agreed upon. suites, averaging 565 square feet in size. The Inn also

The Inn is honoring the new Nassau County Government Perdium Rate of $162.00 (as of October 2008). Keep in
mind that all of our rooms are suites and most meals are

government rate is only available to government
employees (with proper identification) when
traveling on or for "official" government business.
The government employee rate cannot be taken
advantage of for personal individual or group
