The U.S. Open Returns to Long Island’s Bethpage Black:The USGA’s U.S. Open will once again be coming to Long Island and this time it’s right here in our own backyard at Bethpage State Park (Black Course) located in the neighboring town of Farmingdale.
The official play dates for the 2009 U.S. Open Golf Championship are June 15th through June 21st 2009.
The Inn At Fox Hollow will be reserving special group blocks for the U.S. Open June 12th through the 22nd. The Hotel will be taking a limited amount of individual reservations (nonrefundable) during this time period as well. The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel is an ideal hotel property for those attending or participating in the 2009 U.S. Golf Open. Bethpage State Park (Black Course) is literally just minutes away. A short drive south of the hotel will bring one right to the park entrance. A Smoke Free Environment:
The Inn At Fox Hollow is smoke free! Due to popular demand and health concerns for the employees and non-smoking guests, the Hotel owners and management team have eliminated the few designated smoking suites and have gone completely smoke free. The Hotel believes that it may better serve all of their guests by implementing and enforcing such a policy. Guests that ignore this new policy and smoke in a nonsmoking room will be charged $100.00 (plus applicable taxes) for deep cleaning service. They will also be responsible for any losses or damage the Hotel may suffer. Guests that want to smoke should consider renting a Courtyard Studio Suite for direct access to the outdoor courtyard. Smoking is permitted outside of the Hotel.

The Courtyard (Pool and Hot Tub):
The Inn is once again beautifying its outdoor courtyard with

garden oasis where one can escape from the ordinary during

The Inn provides the perfect setting for overnight (suite)

The average suite size at The Inn At Fox Hollow is 565
square feet. These are some of the largest rooms you'll find
on Long Island, especially with all of the services and

equipped with One Bedroom Suites, Studio Suites and Bridal
Suites. The Inn also has many adjoining suites and suites
with two double beds (great for families). Adjoining suites
may be sold as two bedroom suites at special discounted
prices (for extended stay guests only). All suite prices

The government per diem rate for Nassau County hotels is currently at a rate of $159.00; however, The Inn At Fox Hollow offers government employees with proper government identification a special discounted rate of $189.00 (plus applicable taxes). Please keep in mind that the Hotel is an all suite property and that it offers all guests complimentary meals including a full American breakfast buffet seven days a week and an extensive complimentary dinner buffet Sunday through Thursday. Government rates as with all special discounted rates are strictly based on availability. The Inn At Fox Hollow reserves the right to change the government rate or discontinue it at any given time without prior notice.
