60 Minute Massages
*Swedish – $110
Uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.
*Shiatsu – $110
Shiatsu shares the same view as Chinese acupuncture. Unlike the massages of the West, where kneading and friction is used, in shiatsu pressure and stretching is the key. The Shiatsu therapist uses palms, fingers, thumbs, knuckles, elbows, knees and the feet, to work on the body’s acupuncture points.
*Sports - $110
Sports Massage is designed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. It is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.
*Reflexology – $110
Reflexology massage helps to eliminate toxins, relax the entire body, and stimulate the healthy functioning of internal organs.
*Deep Tissue Massage - $110
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.
*Available in Pumpkin Spice Oil, Chocolate, Cranberry, Mango, Wine and Coconut/Lime.
Hot Stone Massage – $175
Heated stones are used to massage the body. The hardness of the stones allows the therapist to address specific problem areas with more detailed work or deeper pressure. Basalt stones of various sizes, shapes and weights are used throughout and heated in water.
Couples Swedish Massage – $250 (90 Minute $400)
Two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. Share a special moment with that special someone.
